This is probably one of the greatest science fiction shows never to reach its potential due to the BBC’s short sightedness and bad decisions on the then programming schedule, created by the man behind the Daleks Terry Nation. Sadly the BBC felt killing the characters off would kill the show. It ran for 4 seasons from 1978 to 1981, the BBC May have wanted to forget it but the fans never did.
